Visualization

  • 5+ years professional experience in architectural visualization.
  • Advanced mastery of 3ds Max + Corona Renderer (V-Ray accepted).
  • Strong Forest Pack & RailClone workflows.
  • Expert lighting, composition, and cinematic framing.
  • Deep understanding of architectural intent and storytelling.
  • Ability to lead projects from Whitecard → Color → Materials → Final.
  • Efficient AI integration for ideation and workflow enhancement.
  • Architecture, Design, or Art degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years experience in Archviz.
  • Strong fundamentals in modeling and lighting.
  • Working knowledge of 3ds Max + Corona.
  • Understanding of PBR materials and composition basics.
  • Curious, disciplined, eager to grow in a cinematic pipeline.
  • Architecture or Art-related education preferred.
  • Expert in vegetation and environmental storytelling.
  • Advanced Forest Pack distribution techniques.
  • Strong understanding of scale and natural realism.
  • Experience creating atmospheric depth in exterior scenes.
  • Portfolio must demonstrate outdoor mastery.
  • Mastery of Lumen and Global Illumination to replicate natural daylighting and complex artificial interior lighting.
  • Proficiency in Epic Games' Datasmith for importing CAD/BIM data from Autodesk 3ds Max.
  • Expertise in Physically Based Rendering (PBR) to ensure materials like brushed steel, oak, or glass react to light exactly as they would in a physical showroom.
  • Ability to use Blueprints to create "Configurators" (tools that allow a client to change furniture or wall colors with a click).
  • A showreel focused on photoreal interiors and exteriors. Studios look for clean lines, perfect lighting, and "marketing-ready" aesthetics.
  • Using tools like Quixel Megascans to quickly populate scenes with realistic foliage, furniture, and textures.
  • Precision in "Prop Placement"—ensuring furniture is at the correct height and textures align with real-world seams.
  • Focuses on creating the 3D world and final renders.
  • Architecture or Art-related education preferred.
  • Official certification in Unreal Engine for ArchViz or professional training in 3ds Max.

VFX & Simulation

  • Experience in atmospheric simulation (rain, mist, fog).
  • TyFlow, Phoenix FD, or similar tools preferred.
  • Subtle cinematic motion — never exaggerated effects.
  • Strong understanding of realism and timing.
  • Pipeline development and workflow optimization.
  • MAXScript or Python scripting experience.
  • Render farm workflow understanding.
  • Performance-driven mindset.

Post Production

  • Advanced cinematic grading knowledge.
  • DaVinci Resolve or advanced Photoshop grading.
  • Strong understanding of tone, contrast, and mood.
  • Emotion through color — never overprocessed.
  • Expert blending CG and live atmosphere.
  • Advanced Photoshop compositing.
  • After Effects knowledge a plus.
  • Invisible enhancements only.
  • Expert-level skills in industry standards like Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Familiarity with Adobe After Effects for basic compositing and motion graphics.
  • Proficiency in basic audio mixing (e.g., matching dialogue and sound effects) and color correction/grading to ensure visual consistency.
  • An intuitive sense of rhythm and timing to evoke the intended emotional response from the audience.
  • The ability to spot continuity errors, mismatched audio, or tiny visual glitches.
  • A compelling collection of edited work that demonstrates versatility across different genres or formats.
  • Film Production, Media Arts, Cinematography, or Communications degree preffered.

Score Production & SFX

  • Mastery of Digital Audio Workstations like Logic Pro, Avid Pro Tools, or Steinberg Cubase.
  • Ability to use tools like Sibelius or Dorico to create sheet music for live musicians.
  • Familiarity with high-end virtual instrument libraries (e.g., Spitfire Audio or Orchestral Tools) to create realistic orchestral mockups.
  • Skills in sound design, mixing, and basic mastering to deliver a final, professional-quality score.
  • A collection of original work demonstrating versatility across genres (e.g., action, drama, horror).
  • The ability to translate a director’s emotional descriptions (e.g., "make it feel more lonely") into musical choices.
  • An intuitive understanding of how music interacts with narrative structure and character arcs.
  • Music Composition, Film Scoring, or Music Production degree preferred.
